The standard gear units made by DOB include helical, bevel helical, and control gear units manufactured both in made-to-order and limited-lot production.
Thanks to our proven modular system our gear units can be supplied in various different models suitable for a great variety of applications.
For instance, standard DOB gear units are available with 1 to 4 stages, as gear units with bottom flange or slip-on gear units and as horizontal, vertical or coaxial models.





Helical gear units

Our range of DOB helical gear units include spur wheels with helical gearing as well as case-hardened and smoothed tooth flanks.

Bevel helical gear units

To minimise noise, DOB bevel helical gear units are fitted with bevel wheels made of
cyclo-palloid toothing or in HPG-Klingelnberg quality.

Control gear units

The gears of DOB helical and bevel-helical control gear units are switched either by levers or by pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.
